Fall 2015 Prof. Esquirol was on the team that wrote the white paper that was selected for grant submission in Spring 2016. BMCC was awarded the Title III HSI Grant in Fall 2016 which is a $6M/5Year project funded by the Federal DOE to increase the number of Hispanic and other low-income students attaining degrees in the fields of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics; and to develop model transfer and articulation agreements between two-year and four-year institutions in such fields.
